The publication “Resilience Focus 3” (2016, 78pp), produced by IGAD (Inter-Governmental Authority on Development) and DLCI (Drylands Learning and Capacity Building Initiative for Improved Policy and Practice in the Horn of Africa), highlights key resilience issues in the drylands of the Horn, such as natural resource management, market access and finance services, livelihood support and basic services, pastoral disaster risk management, research, knowledge management, conflict prevention and peacebuilding. It includes an article on co-creating innovation for resilience with local people (pp 38-41).
