New info source on rangelands tenure

The International Land Coalition (ILC) has opened a new page on rangelands tenure on its Land Portal. This page features news and articles about traditional and modern institutions of land tenure in the drylands, issues of common property resources, national land use policies and bills, and land transactions – focused on eastern Africa.

CELEP is managed by an elected European Focal Point, currently at VSF-Belgium, an Eastern African Focal Point, currently at RECONCILE, Kenya, and a Core Group. The 2022-2023 Core Group is composed of the European members Agrecol Association (Germany), International Institute for Environment and Development (UK) and VSF-Belgium; the Eastern African partners DADO Uganda, Pastoralist Forum Ethiopia, PENHA Somali and RECONCILE Kenya; and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
