Making Rangelands Secure Bulletin 4 (Oct 2013)

The Making Rangelands Secure Bulletin 4 (October 2013) reports on the external review of the learning initiative Making Rangelands Secure, which has been renamed the Rangelands Governance Initiative. It focuses on Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. The bulletin includes papers on Uganda’s new National Land Policy, securing land titles for pastoralist women and resolution of land conflict in Tanzania. As does each bulletin, this bring news, views and experiences of policymakers, practitioners and rangeland communities.
