The Karamoja Resilience Support Unit (KRSU) funded by USAID published a review of recent literature on “Livestock on Karamoja” (2016, 35pp). It covers publications from the past five years and synthesizes the main issues confronting pastoralists and agropastoralists in northeastern Uganda, focusing on veterinary services, water and livestock marketing. It includes a section on policy issues and related recommendations.
